Everyone has basic rights. Bokonton's Basic Human Rights are extensive, however others have more rights. For example, the elderly and children have more rights to protection, and free adults have more right to privacy than criminals. In place of 'marital rights', there are rights granted to same-sex couples and partners as well as married couples.
